Wild Berries

Last weekend we drove north to the rim in search of wild berries. We were in luck. It's the tail end of the season, but still many berries to be had. Yum!!


Along the rim road, we stopped to check out a lookout tower at Baker Butte at an elevation of 8074ft. A lady and her dog man the tower 6 months out of the year watching for wild fires. At the base of the tower there were tons of ladybugs. Very cool!
