Iron Girl

For the local Phoenix crowd......this is for you!!!  It's one of my favorite events...Iron Girl. This is a great event you don’t want to miss.   Don’t be intimidated…..you can make it as competitive as you want.  Do it with your daughter……run a little, walk a little.  It’s a female only event!  The energy is amazing!!!  I’m registered and hope to see you there!!   I haven't been running much lately because of an injury, so I may just be walking some.  That's ok...I just want to be out there.
