Yesterday Mark completed his final race before AZ Ironman. 70.3 miles.....1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13.1 mile run. He did it in 5hrs 18min. He was happy with his time. We are so proud of him! 4 weeks until the full Ironman.....140.6 miles on November 20. Can't believe it's almost here.
