Easy part over

Just got home from my PET Scan.  The easy part is over.....now I wait.  I'm hoping the report will be ready by tomorrow afternoon.  The time in the scan machine is about 15 minutes......simple and nearly relaxing......not true if you are claustrophobic.  However, an hour before this I am injected with half a cc of radioactive sugar water......then I wait for 60minutes in a recliner with a warm blanket and my book.  I'm starving because I could not eat this morning....only water.  And I'm crabby because I had to miss my spin class yesterday......no "strenuous" exercise 24hrs before the scan.  Ugh!  Off to eat.....a lot!!  Then to yoga.    Praying for good news tomorrow!
