Do it!

"Just do the next right thing. By taking a small step, doing something small that moves us in the right direction, it is amazing how our state of mind, body, and soul can change. Try it. When you find yourself bogged down, overwhelmed, stressed out, or just plain frustrated with people or situations --- just do the next right thing."
This is from Matthew Kelly.  I've read several of his books and had the pleasure of hearing him speak.   It's simple but sometimes hard to do.  If I remind myself of this it helps me to refocus and gain perspective.   Especially on those days when I feel guilty about yelling at my kids, skipping a workout, losing patience on the road, neglecting friendships, not getting to bed early enough, blah, blah, blah.  We all have bad days.   It's a choice we make to turn it around....attitude is everything.  The momentum of one good thing can propel you to many more.

JUST DO THE NEXT RIGHT THING!!!!
