Dr appts & tests

Yesterday I received my 25th treatment of Herceptin. Next week I will be half way through. I should wrap up my final 52nd treatment in mid-November. The only major concern with Herceptin is potential damage to my heart. My last stress cardiogram in early April showed my heart was doing well. I'll get another heart check in early July.

Yesterday I also had a CT Urogram. I'm still experiencing some "leaking" although now it seems to be at random intervals. I can't quite figure out what is triggering it. My OB onc is a thorough guy and wants to rule out any problems with my bladder or kidneys. There was a possibility my bladder or kidneys were leaking urine. His office called me this morning to report normal results on the CT urogram. This is good because it means I'm not leaking urine. So it must be peritoneal fluid, but WHY? I'm waiting for the dr to call to determine next steps. I'm frankly tired of dr appts......they zap your day & your energy. Ugh!!!!!!!!

On Friday, I'm seeing a different naturopath in the same office as the onc naturpath I'm currently seeing. She specializes in womens health. I'm not currently having any issues, but am trying to be proactive.

Below are our kiddos wearing their Cleveland Indians shirts curteous of Grandma & Grandpa B in Ohio. It was "sports" day at school today so the shirts fit the bill!!!
