First Timed Race

Our kids have been to countless races at the crack of dawn to support me and Mark.....triathlons, 5ks, marathons.   This race day was all theirs!!  The boys ran their first 5k.....official with timing chip and all!!  Peter had a great day.....28:52.  Luke had a cramp but pushed through for a 33:17 finish.  Great job!   Lois ran the 1.3 mile race......14:23.  Nice work!   It was a fun morning.  We are looking forward to a few more 5ks on the upcoming calendar........run, run, run!!








 Need more cow bell!!!!!!!

 Luke won a raffle and Lois scored a dog.  Good times!
