Thought I would share these natural allergy treatments. I'm a big believer in the Neti Pot. It works, especially for seasonal allergies to combat the junk in the air. Even my kiddos can do it! I recently tried Quercetin for the first time and was amazed how well it worked to clear up sinus conjestion. WOW!!! Give it a try. Not sure you get the same benefit from a bottle of red wine! Nice try.....I know who you are!!!! Ha!
